Information You Provide
As you use the Swing IQ Product to analyze your baseball bat swing, data (such as hand speed, hip and shoulder rotation, etc.) is collected by sensors in the Swing IQ Product and is transferred into storage in the App on your mobile device paired to the Swing IQ Product. If you sign up for and sync your mobile device with our additional cloud-based services then the data stored in your App is transferred from your mobile device to our servers. This data is stored and used to provide the Swing IQ Services and is associated with your Member Account. Each time data is transferred, we log information about the transmission, including the date and time, type of mobile device and its operating system and the version of the App.
We also collect and store information that you provide to us in our stores, through our customer service representatives, at events, through marketing efforts, including contests, sweepstakes and events, and through third parties, or any other way we interact with you. For example, if you contact us via email, we collect your name and email address along with any other content included in the email. We also collect certain requested information if you contact us via email regarding support for the Swing IQ Services so that we can provide you with assistance. You may choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of certain capabilities of this Website or other services we may offer.
When you buy from our store, we may request, collect and store some or all of the following types of personal information: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, telephone number, and information about a third party you provide when we ship an order. We may also maintain a record of your product interest and purchases.
